Hi, I'm Julia!

Our home should be our safe place and a reflection of ourselves. I understand that space, place, and community have a big impact on our overall well being. What’s most important to me is helping someone find
a space that allows them to seek comfort after a long day, celebrate with loved ones, create, and whatever else they choose. I know the impact that home has had on my life, and hope that I can help you find a space you love too. This is why real estate is my chosen profession. I care deeply for all of my clients and believe the space they find does matter. I cannot wait to go on this journey together to get you into your next best home!

    Raised in Utah, I have extensive knowledge of its neighborhoods and communities. Before my career in Real Estate, I spent 5 years in Event Planning. As a result, I’ve become an expert in curating an experience for people through photos, language, marketing, and social media while managing and negotiating contracts, working with large budgets, attention to detail, and managing deadlines.


    When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family, hanging with my dog Jack, cozying up to a new book, skiing in the Cottonwood Canyons, mountain biking throughout Utah, and doing many other things outdoors or traveling.

Knowledge is your biggest asset in a real estate transaction. Knowledge will allow you to feel empowered and informed to make the best decision throughout the home buying or selling process. Whether it is questions regarding neighborhoods or market data I will be your resource before, during, and after a transaction. I will outline the buying and selling process so that you know what to expect.

Negotiations are a big part of my job. I am your biggest advocate throughout this process. I will always negotiate on your behalf to make sure your goals and aspirations are met.

My background will allow us to show your house in the best possible light to attract the most buyers, sell your house quickly, and to make sure it is priced correctly. We will make sure that you don’t overpay when you buy a home. 

Communication

My goal is to communicate with my clients in a clear and transparent manner throughout the transaction. I will give you updates in a timely manner so that you are informed the whole way through. I am always open to feedback.

We are a team, and it will take the whole team collaborating, and communicating to get the transaction done. We will work together with my transaction coordinator, the loan officer, the escrow officer, the inspector, the photographer, and various contractors to help get you to the closing table.
